4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

- Take additional action if necessary to prevent further infringement.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- The URL or description of the material that was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

We will review your counter-notification and may restore the material if the original claimant does not pursue legal action within the time allowed by law.
6. Repeat Infringements
We reserve the right to terminate any user accounts or licenses involved in repeated copyright violations.
